Ride Overview

From the shop the route follows Eenie Creek Road to Sunrise Beach and joins David Low Way, the coast road south. It runs between Noosa National Park and the beach past Castaways Beach and Marcus Beach to Peregian Beach and Coolum.

South of Coolum the road passes Mt Coolum and Marcoola to Mudjimba. At the far end the route loops through Pacific Paradise and Twin Waters on Ocean Drive, then comes back up Mudjimba Esplanade beside the beach before turning north. The return follows David Low Way all the way home, with Peregian Beach village just off the road for a coffee stop.

It is 71 km on sealed roads, rolling rather than hilly, with about 530 m of climbing. The route stays on the road the whole way rather than the coastal pathway, so you can settle into a steady rhythm. David Low Way carries steady traffic, especially in holiday periods, so this ride suits confident riders who are comfortable riding with cars.
