Getting around Noosa
Anyone who has tried to park near Hastings Street on a January morning knows the drill: loop the block, loop it again, then give up and walk from somewhere else. School holidays, long weekends and the Christmas break slow Noosa’s roads to a crawl, and a ten minute drive into Noosa Heads can easily take half an hour.
On a bike, the same trip is an easy ride along the river, and you park right at the door. For a lot of our customers the bike ends up being one of the best parts of the holiday, not just the way they got around.
Active transport
That is no accident. Noosa Council’s Cycling and Walking Strategy is a long term plan to make riding and walking the easiest, most natural way to get around the Shire, for locals and visitors alike. Years of investment in separated paths, boardwalks and river crossings mean you can ride between most of the places you want to go with very little time on busy roads.
Flat, smooth and well signed, it is riding almost anyone can do.
A day in Noosa
Here is how a typical day goes when the bikes are waiting at your accommodation:
No meters, no circling the block, no sitting in traffic. And when the kids want to go back to the pool for the fourth time, they can ride there themselves.
Which bike
An e-bike takes the effort out of the equation. The hill to Sunshine Beach, a headwind off the river, the ride home at the end of a long day: none of it matters when the motor is doing some of the work.
That is why e-bike cruisers are the most popular bikes in our fleet for getting around. The Standard Cruiser eBike is comfortable and easy on the bike paths, and the Comfort Deluxe Cruiser eBike adds front suspension and a suspension seatpost. Prefer to pedal yourself? Our beach cruisers handle Noosa’s flat paths without complaint.

Families
Getting around by bike only works if everyone can come. We have a set up for every age and stage.
Baby seats
On an e-cruiser, for little ones up to 16kg.
Chariot trailers
For up to two children, 35kg in total.
Tag alongs
So younger kids can pedal behind a parent.
Shotgun seats
On a hardtail mountain bike, for kids up to 22kg who want to ride up front.
Kids bikes
Kids MTBs, kids eMTBs, BMXs and kick scooters for the ones getting around under their own steam.

Delivery
You don’t need to come to us. We deliver bikes to your accommodation, set up and ready to ride, and collect them at the end of your hire.
Deliveries usually arrive between 9:00am and 11:00am, and we typically collect between 3:00pm and 4:30pm on your last day. Hire for longer and save: 10% off for 3 to 6 days, 20% for 7 to 9 days and 25% for 10 days or more.

Self guided rides

Our Standard Cruiser eBike starts from $65 a day and the Comfort Deluxe Cruiser eBike from $85 a day. Longer hires save more: 10% off for 3 to 6 days, 20% for 7 to 9 days and 25% for 10 days or more.
Yes. Delivery in Noosa and surrounds is $35 on orders from $150, and free from $350. Coolum, Mooloolaba, the hinterland and Noosa North Shore are $75 to $150, with a minimum spend. We deliver to your accommodation and collect from there on your last day.
Yes, on roads, paths and beaches. Riders must be 16 or over and hold a drivers licence (learner or higher), and wear an approved helmet. Licence and age rules do not apply on signed mountain bike trails such as Wooroi, signed rail trails or commercial bike parks. Our Queensland e-bike laws page has the detail.
Yes. We hire baby seats, Chariot trailers, tag alongs and shotgun seats, plus kids bikes and kids eMTBs, so the whole family can ride together.
